The State of Texas has mandated that all salon professionals complete continuing education in order to renew their licenses.
This course is designed for all Texas salon professionals required to complete continuing education.

- Learn about their structures and chemistry compositions.
- Get familiar with the disorders affecting the hair, scalp, skin and nails.
- Describe what pH is and how it affects the hair and skin.
- Learn Chemistry as related to the hair, skin and nails and their products.
- Get familiar with the products used in the care of the hair, scalp, skin and nails.
- Overview of hair coloring theory and procedures including the color wheel.
